Gregor Ormann – Hint 1
Have a good look at the documents provided to you in the very beginning. Additionally, make use of Heiko’s services.
Gregor Ormann – Hint 2
Naturally, Gregor appears in the police report. Could it be that he is mentioned elsewhere as well?
How about you send Heiko to the HafenCity District and have him nose around Gregor’s apartment and see what he discovers.
Gregor Ormann – Hint 3
Instruct Heiko to make his way to the Hamburg district of HafenCity when he asks you where he should head to once he has arrived at the train station.
You will find all necessary information on Gregor in the police report, and, in a small newspaper article (bottom right, page 2).
En route, Heiko will reveal details of his previous findings. For instance, he has discovered that Gregor liked to partake in ‘Roman style’ parties. These parties are characterized by overeating and then liberating oneself from the food through vomiting in order to create space for new food.
Christina Dohle – Hint 1
Use information provided to you in the initial documentation, also do make use of Heiko’s services. He will surely be happy to assist.
Christina Dohle – Hint 2
Naturally, the details of Christina’s death are contained in the police report. It might help to send Heiko to her old address in the Hamburg district of Stellingen: Hagenbeckstrasse Nr. 48.
Christina Dohle – Hint 3
When you send Heiko to Christina’s old address he will reveal some of his findings. When Heiko asks you either from a train station, or another location, where to go next, send him to the Hamburg district of Stellingen, where Christina used to live.
Heiko will ask you for a street name. Tell him Hagenbeckstrasse. He will then proceed to her house where he encounters a group of students. One of them is familiar with Christina and tells him about her.
Apparently, she had regular appointments once a week with someone by the name of Julian. Furthermore, she had been going through a phase of wearing ‘black only’, and it was stated that she had an aggressive streak about her.
Finn Hansen – Hint 1
You will find information on Finn Hansen in the initial documentation and you can instruct Heiko to help you.
Finn Hansen – Hint 2
Finn Hansen lived in Hollstedt. He went to school there and spent a significant amount of time there.
You should investigate the area. The police report also mentions a few things about him.
Finn Hansen – Hint 3
You will want to instruct Heiko to go to Hollstedt. Send him to the Altstadtgymnasium, Finn’s former high school. Have Heiko go into the building where he can bribe the caretaker and gain access to the school’s records. There, you will discover that Finn was sentenced, fined and required to undergo counseling for ‘inappropriate sexual behaviour in the school’s toilette area’.
While in Hollstedt, also send Heiko to Finn’s home address: Amselweg Nr. 7. Have Heiko enter the house and search the boy’s bedroom. Heiko will then report having found some old pictures. In the process, you will discover that he has had several appointments with a certain Dr. G.
Supplement to Finn Hansen – Hint 1
Having been at Finn Hansen’s home, as well as his former school, there is one more place left to search for some valuable personal information regarding Finn.
Supplement to Finn Hansen – Hint 2
Finn has a student account with the city administration. Try to gain access to his account on https://en.hollstedt.de/
Supplement to Finn Hansen – Hint 3
Once you are on the hollstedt.de website, login to Finn’s personal account under ‘Altstadtgymnasium’ using his email address: [email protected] and his password: Xxx_GTA_xxX.
You obtain both the email address and his password from having been in his bedroom. The name of his former school is mentioned in the police report. From within his personal account, you learn that Finn had a panic fear of water. He once had an anxiety attack during an art class, when he recognized a body of water depicted in a watercolour painting.
Link – Hint 1
Have you discovered all of the information pertaining to the victims?
Link – Hint 2
The following will help you: Send Heiko on your behalf to the victims’ homes and cover every aspect of the initial documents provided. On Finn, gain additional valuable information at his former school and his personal account on the city administration’s website.
This will provide you with all the critical information you need.
Link – Hint 3
We have learned that several victims have shown, or are presumed to have had, significant psychological issues. Finn Nolte had a fear of water in the form of panic attacks and had been sentenced to therapy sessions, this resulting in regular sessions with a certain Dr. G.
Gregor Ormann apparently had psychological disturbances, -or alternatively- was a genius, as he was able to experience music in the form of colour.
Christina Dohle had been going through a phase of depression and had been going once a week to an appointment with a certain ‘Julian.’
Hannah Mai, according to her the-social-network profile is ‘Crazy’ and was meant to have an appointment in Hollstedt before meeting up with her friend.
Is it possible, that all of them were seeing a psychologist… and, in fact, the same Dr. G.?
Establishing the Link– Hint 1
Psychological treatment seems to be the key commonality between all victims.
Where could you look to dig deeper on this assumption?
Establishing the Link– Hint 2
If you go to https://en.hollstedt.de/ and browse around in the section ‘Medical Support’, you will find precisely one psychologist matching the descriptor ‘Dr. G.’
You will find a link next to Dr. Julian Gardner. Clicking it will lead you to the following website: https://en.psychologe-gardner.de/ See if you can schedule an appointment.
Establishing the Link– Hint 3
To schedule an appointment, you will need to fill in a form.
When you have done this successfully you will receive an email inviting you to participate in a psychological assessment.
For simplicity’s sake, here is the appropriate link to the test: https://en.psychologe-gardner.de/skd5fe76fh
Psych Evaluation – Hint 1
Dr. Gardner would like you to undergo a psych evaluation. In order to perform to his fullest satisfaction, you will require detailed information regarding his former patients.
Psych Evaluation – Hint 2
Collect required information on Finn, Gregor and Hannah. You will find this information on the-social-network, in Finn’s personal account, and in the newspaper.
Psych Evaluation – Hint 3
Hannah is a huge fan of Lost Places. She would enjoy the video and choose option 4.
Finn had had a panic attack when he recognized a body of water in the watercolour painting. He would most likely choose option 6 in this instance.
Gregor has the ability to experience music as colours. The newspaper article reveals that he always associates Bach with the colour red. If you go to the section Regional News- Culture, you discover that Bach is the composer of that piece of music. Therefore, the red triangle is the correct answer to the question.
When you have entered the correct answers, you will be provided with the following address: Ahornweg Nr. 27. Instruct Heiko to investigate there.
Doctor’s Office – Hint 1
Begin by sending Heiko to the doctor’s offices. You have the address from correctly solving the psych evaluation.
Tell him to go to the front door.
Doctor’s Office – Hint 2
You encounter a number pad on the door. Compare it to a picture with symbols on it. Look familiar?
Heiko mentions something about old mobile phones. Maybe you find an example of an old touchpad.
Doctor’s Office – Hint 3
You might recognize the symbols from the very beginning.
Transcribe the symbols accordingly and obtain the word ‘Hell’.
Transfer letters into numbers using the telephone touchpad and arrive at the following sequence: 4355.
Inside the Office – Hint 1
Heiko looks around and notices the following quote: ‘Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here’.
This famous quotation by Dante raises a few eyebrows about Dr. Gardner.
Instruct Heiko to nose around the office and thoroughly search the desk and the bookshelf.
Inside the Office – Hint 2
Heiko finds all the victims’ files on top of the desk.
Consequently, all of the victims of ‘The Soul Gatherer’ had been in Dr. Gardner’s care.
Instruct Heiko to take a closer look at the books, one in particular.
Have another look at the newspaper article for a clue to which book we are specifically interested in.
Inside the Office – Hint 3
Put Heiko on track to finding Dante’s ‘Inferno’, then have him select the red book depicted on the photograph.
The book is connected to a rope which, when pulled, opens a secret door.
In the Basement – Hint 1
Every room corresponds to one of the Circles of Hell.
In the Basement – Hint 2
The base of the staircase represents the first Circle of Hell. Establish the correct order of entering the rooms to save an innocent life.
Finn Hansen was the first victim….
In the Basement – Hint 3
First Circle – Writing at the foot of the stairs
Second Circle – Lust – Finn Hansen -> FH
Third Circle – Gluttony – Gregor Ormann -> GO
Fourth Circle – Greed – Marius Michaels –> 4
Fifth Circle – Rage – Christina Dohle -> Rage
Sixth Circle – Heresy – Hannah Mai -> Heresy
The last door is labeled K37. This is the room where Hannah Mai is being held.
