Hints and Tips
Do you require assistance? No problem. First, review everything you have already solved and assess what is still missing. Then, consult the hints if you get stuck.
The hints are split into three categories. The first one is always very general, the third one will solve the task. You can find assistance with the motives, alibis and puzzles. If you are not sure about how to proceed or where to browse, please have a look at page two of the help system.

Take a closer look at the photographs and read the police report.

On one picture you can see a web address which leads to a blog. Take a look there. One of the testimonies reveals some valuable information. It might help to create a timetable.

The blog shows a video. Mrs Obst, the neighbor, reported hearing sex sounds during a time period when only Nicolas and Marie were in the house. Nicolas cheated on Henriette. Revenge is her motive.

The internal area of his website will provide information on his company and how it is doing in the market.
Harry Maison – Motive 3
His internal area on his website shows that he is experiencing problems with his business. His clients have all left him. Obviously, he is having trouble with his finances and the state of his company overall. Furthermore you will find an email sent by Nicolas’s life insurance agent. Harry is the one person would benefit from this insurance. His motive is money.

The music and the police report will provide you with valuable clues.

Check out who initiated the music and how the music was played. What did the witness Mrs Obst say about the noise resulting from the music as well as other noises in the night?
Harry Maison – Alibi 3
The testimonies state that the music from Harry´s Bluetooth system (located in the living room) always started up when he was near the system. At the time of the crime, the music started playing and the neighbour also spoke of sex sounds happening at the same time. Harry went into Greta’s room (which is next to the living room). His mobile phone connected to the Bluetooth system and started the music. Harry and Greta had sex at the time of the crime.
Johannes Hohenstein – Motive 1
Take a good look at the pictures and follow the traces on ‘The-Social-Network’.

One of the photographs contains a ‘The-Social-Network’ name and a link. Might ‘The-Social-Network’ lead to an email-address?
Johannes Hohenstein – Motive 3
The ‘The-Social-Network’ profile Juicy-Specials contains a puzzle about an email address and various chemical formulas. If you write to the email address you will receive a link in return. If you follow the link you will end up on a darknet page. After a few more puzzles you end up on an online drug-dealing shop which is run by Dr J & Dr N. These are the abbreviations for Johannes and Nicolas.
If you try to order any of the drugs you will get a message saying that Dr N (Nicolas) is trying to destroy the business and that Dr J is trying to prevent that.
Johannes and Nicolas ran a drug business which Nicolas was trying to quit. The failing drug (Drugs) business is Johannes’ motive.
Johannes Hohenstein – Alibi 1
He claims that he was sleeping at the time of the crime.
Johannes Hohenstein – Alibi 2
He CLAIMS that he was sleeping at the time of the crime.
Johannes Hohenstein – Alibi 3
It´s nothing more than that. He only claims that he was sleeping. It´s not a fact. He has no alibi.

A video was posted on the March 29th, 2020 at 10:12 pm in which you will witness an argument between two people. Marie is keen for her best friend not to find out about the affair as that would destroy their friendship. Marie’s motive is concealment.

Three links on Marie’s ‘The-Social-Network’ profile lead to protocols of her smartwatch. The most recent and last protocol shows that Marie was sleeping at the time of the crime because her heart rate was low.

Nearly all the memes relate to an unfulfilled love with his best friend’s girlfriend. Kevin is in love with Henriette and envious of Nicolas. His motive is love.

For this puzzle you need something out of an email-mailbox in addition to the hemogram. Maybe you can manage to match some of the data.

In Harry Maison’s mailbox (internal area on his website) you found a paper intended for Harry to read. It is on the topic of snake venoms and their influence on humans. The venom paralyzes the muscles of the human body and affects the hemogram. If you match the data from the chart to Nicolas’s hemogram, you will find that the conditions are met. Also, the autopsy showed that his breathing stopped due to a paralysis of the lung muscles. Nicolas was killed through the effects of venom.
